See What Our CUSTOMERS Are Saying

Purchased a TYM 5520CH and several attachments from Melissa at Big Tex Tractor last week. Super smooth transaction, Melissa did all the pre-work, and the tractor and attachments were loaded and ready to go when we got there. Super happy we went to Big Tex Tractor.

They guys at Big Tex Tractor are awesome! I purchased a Bad Boy mower and a TYM tractor package along with some Stihl equipment and accessories. They guys in sales and service both were very friendly and knowledgeable. The purchasing experience was hands down the easiest I have experienced. Kevin was awesome and showed me every detail about all of the equipment I purchased and even came to my house upon delivery and went through all of the equipment and implements with me until I was comfortable with all of it. I recommend these guys to anybody looking or in the market for sure!

We bought a brand new 2515H package deal a couple of weeks ago. Our sales woman Melissa was awesome, and we absolutely love this compact tractor so far. Thank you big Tex tractor, and Melissa, for all the help during this process!

I Call, big, Tex tractors
With a lot of questions as I my first time tractor owner
Derek was very helpful and answered all my questions
I will, and I have referred Big text to some of my friends that are starting to look for tractors after seeing mine
The process went well
And a delivery Driver was very knowledgeable and went over the complete tractor with me
Show me and my wife how everything worked
And how to check all the fluids
He took his time and was not in a rush to leave as he just crossed two states to bring me the tractor great customer service
I will say I had a hydraulic top link added, and there was an issue With the hydraulic lines being too short, I got a hold of Derek and he got me in touch with the parts department and they shipped me Hydraulic hoses
I’m very satisfied with the TYM 574
And all the help I got from all the employees at big Tex tractor co
